Claims that are clean the first time, and tracked until they're paid

Submission is only the start. We scrub every claim before it goes out, and track every claim until it's resolved — not just accepted.

Claims Submission & Tracking

Getting claims paid on the first pass

A claim that's rejected or denied doesn't just delay payment — it adds rework, follow-up calls, and appeal letters to your team's workload. The most efficient way to manage claims is to prevent the errors that cause rejections in the first place.

Claimora scrubs every claim against payer-specific edits before submission, then tracks it through clearinghouse acceptance and payer adjudication so nothing quietly disappears into a queue.

Our Process

From charge entry to adjudication

01

Charge Entry

Charges are entered with accurate coding, modifiers, and place-of-service detail.
02

Claim Scrubbing

Each claim is checked against payer-specific edits to catch errors before submission, not after a rejection.
03

Submission

Clean claims are batched and submitted electronically to the correct payer and clearinghouse.
04

Tracking & Correction

Claim status is monitored; rejected claims are corrected and resubmitted promptly, within timely filing limits.
05

Adjudication Confirmation

We confirm the claim reached final adjudication and hand off to payment posting.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Common causes include eligibility mismatches, incorrect modifiers, missing authorization, and payer-specific formatting requirements — all things our scrubbing process checks for before submission.

Secondary and tertiary claims are submitted automatically once primary payer adjudication is posted, with the correct crossover or manual submission depending on the payer.

Rejections are typically corrected and resubmitted within one to two business days of being identified.
